The booking becomes effective only after confirmation by the Lessor and payment by the Renter of a deposit equal to 50% of the total rental price.

Any modification initiated by the Renter or the Lessor may result in a price adjustment.

Cancellation, modification, or no-show conditions are defined in Articles 6 and 7 of these General Terms and Conditions.

    •    Cancel up to the day of departure with a fixed fee of €100 incl. VAT

In case of no-show on the day of departure, the Renter will be charged the full rental amount unless cancellation insurance has been taken out. In that case, the rental amount will be refunded minus €100 incl. VAT.

Any cancellation must be notified by email to: contact@van-scoot.com

The effective cancellation date is the date and time the email is received by the Lessor.
