The company SARL PLV Belgodere – Van & Scoot (hereinafter referred to as “the Lessor”) carries out, among other activities, the rental of Vespa scooters to any natural or legal person (hereinafter referred to as “the Renter”).
The Lessor provides the Renter, on a strictly personal and non-transferable basis, with a specific vehicle described in the “Rental Agreement”, for a fixed period of time.
The Renter acknowledges having read, accepted, and agrees to comply with these General Rental Terms and Conditions as well as the specific provisions of the Rental Agreement.
ARTICLE 1 – BOOKING PROCEDURES
The Renter may make a booking by telephone, by email, or directly online via the website.
Subject to vehicle availability, the Lessor accepts or refuses the booking within a maximum period of 24 hours.
The booking becomes effective only after confirmation by the Lessor and payment by the Renter of a deposit equal to 50% of the total rental price.
If the Lessor refuses the booking, the financial transaction is cancelled and the Renter’s bank account is not debited.
If the Lessor accepts the booking, the Renter’s bank account is immediately debited with the 50% deposit.
ARTICLE 2 – RENTAL CONDITIONS
At the time of vehicle collection, the Renter must comply with the following requirements:
• Be the sole driver designated in the Rental Agreement
• Be at least 18 years old for holders of an A2 licence
• Be at least 20 years old for holders of A, A1 or B licences
• Be physically fit to ride a motorcycle or scooter

The Lessor reserves the right to cancel the rental contract without compensation if the Renter does not meet these requirements.

The rental price is the one indicated in the Rental Agreement.
Any modification initiated by the Renter or the Lessor may result in a price adjustment.
Cancellation, modification, or no-show conditions are defined in Articles 6 and 7 of these General Terms and Conditions.
The final price, calculated at the end of the rental, takes into account any advance payment made at booking or at departure.
Any outstanding balance must be paid immediately by the Renter.
Rates displayed on the website are valid only for online bookings.
The Lessor reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
ARTICLE 4 – DOCUMENTS TO BE PROVIDED
